Fred and Jimmy and the ladies are a welcoming sight as usual. Jimmy is renowned for his singing talents on the evening boat cruise.

Chris and Wouter are still around although Chris now is a bit more around whilst Wouter is a bit more along, having grown a little taller.

Ryan, whom you know, from New York via Somerset West, captain of the conquering volleyball team in year 2000, uses his cricketing talents with a tennis racquet coaching the young 'uns in slip catching. You can see him, centre of picture (no man, he's not a centrefold) on the other side of the fence. Ryan has a dislocated thumb caused by being slammed against the volleyball net - some wonder if this was a "hit" arranged more especially to impact the award-winning year 2000 guest volleyball team.

Elie has become as scarce as fresh lobster but guests now see much more of Breggie.

It rained a bit - but the sun also shone a bit. Rest assured, there's very few places in the world with a view like this !

Volleyball - strategically, the week 49 Guests played their B-team - and once again beat the BI Entertainment staff team. Chris didn't play.

Spectators included longstanding friends Dave - and Phillip who had come especially from Cape Town to witness the annihilation. Dave's just been for a swim in the sea:- Other longstanding stalwarts and VIP's are Fred and Jimmy and their good ladies:- and as usual, Grand System runs Midships with aplomb:- while the Krüger family watch Calvin - on the private beach:- and the day ends in peace and solitude:-
